01. Available Payment Methods

Viorzali™ displays available payment methods during checkout. Options may vary depending on your location, order details, device, currency, and the payment services enabled at the time of purchase. Please select an option shown on the checkout page and follow the instructions provided by the relevant payment provider.

Before submitting payment, review your products, quantities, shipping address, shipping costs, applicable taxes, discounts, and final order total.

02. Checkout Security

Checkout and payment processing may involve Shopify and the payment providers available on our store. These services may use technical safeguards, transaction verification, and fraud-prevention procedures to help protect payment transactions.

For your security, never email your full card number, card security code, banking password, or one-time verification code to customer support. Only enter payment details through the official checkout or the relevant trusted payment provider.

03. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Product prices and the applicable order total are displayed on the website and during checkout. Shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are included where shown. Unless another currency is clearly indicated, please check the currency displayed at checkout before completing payment.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges under its own terms. Import duties or local taxes may also apply where required and may not be included in the checkout total unless expressly stated.

04. Payment Authorization

An order may be subject to payment authorization, transaction verification, or fraud-prevention review. A bank or payment provider may decline a transaction or display a pending authorization. These decisions and the time required to release a temporary authorization are controlled by the relevant provider.

05. Discounts & Promotions

Enter any valid discount code before completing checkout and verify that the discount appears in your final order total. Promotions may have expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions stated with the offer. A discount cannot be assumed to apply unless it is reflected in the checkout total.

06. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

If payment fails, verify your billing information and check with your bank or payment provider if necessary. A pending transaction may be an authorization rather than a completed charge.

If you believe you were charged twice or the amount is incorrect, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment credentials by email.

07. Order Confirmation & Refunds

A confirmation email is normally sent after an order has been successfully submitted. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive. For approved refunds, the original payment method is generally used where supported. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
